Was lied to and told that they could not do it because my phone was too old. I have the Nexus 6p on Android 7.1.1 with a fully compatible radio image for Verizon. The lady was rude and attempted to talk to me like I was dumb. I went to another store and walked out in fifteen minutes with Verizon service on my current phone.
